September 28 | Pop Up Ethiopian Buffet Dinner (Etey’s Gursha)

Reservations at the door, if available, are $30. 

Healthy and tasty Ethiopian food, prepared with traditional ingredients and spices, by Etayehu Zenebe, of Etey’s Gursha.

The buffet will be served at Neighbors Community Center, 450 N. Prince St., Lancaster, Pa.

Monthly menu Doro wat, meser wat, ateralcha, tikil gomen, berbere hummus, ingera, and coffee
This month’s specialty Yebegealcha (halal lamb, organic carrots, red onions, fresh ginger, garlic, sea salt, pepper, clarified Ethiopian butter, olive oil, cardamom, and a touch of chili, garnished with jalapeno peppers and fresh ingera pieces)

Sit down (unlimited visits to the buffet) and take out (one visit to the buffet, to fill a provided take out box) options are available.
There is free limited parking in the lot next to our building (use spaces marked Hub450) and at the Snavely & Dosch parking lot (426 N. Prince St.) on Saturday evenings. Paid parking is available at the Queen Street Garage, one block over.

Reservations: $25/per person ($12.50* for ages 6 to 12; free for ages 0 to 5), if purchased online by Friday noon, September 27. $30 per person ($15 for ages 6 to 12; free for ages 0 to 5) at the door, if available.

*For tickets for ages 6 to 12, use code half in a separate transaction from adult tickets. You do not need to register children ages 0 to 5.
