Amer Al Fayadh is a community-focused professional with over a decade of experience working in a multicultural/ multinational environment. That experience shaped his perspective as an “out of the box” thinker and consultant. Amer is the founder of Communication Essentials LLC, Lancaster-based consulting and language services company.
There is free limited parking in the lot next to our building (use spaces marked Hub450) and at the Snavely & Dosch parking lot (426 N. Prince St.) on Monday evenings. Paid parking is available at the Queen Street Garage, one block over.

Hear from former refugees about the impact of welcomers in their lives, how they’ve become welcomers themselves, and the role you can play in welcoming newcomers in Lancaster. Join us beforehand for an optional meal provided by a refugee or immigrant owned restaurant. Upcoming presentations: December 2, 2024; February 3, 2025; and April 7, 2025
